"Book", "E-book", "Collection" means an electronic book that is available for purchase and download on the website.

After purchase, you are granted a license to download one copy of the book for personal, non-commercial use, without permission to distribute. E-books are protected by intellectual property laws.
Under this license, you may not:
Modify or copy the books;
Use the books and their content in public spaces (for commercial and non-commercial purposes) in your name;
Remove the attribution to the original source;
Upload the books to any file-sharing services on the internet;
Transfer the books to another person or another server or service (mirror materials).
4. Terms of Sale
Upon purchasing books, the user agrees to pay the specified price. Payment is made immediately after placing the order.
The books become available for downloading immediately via a special link and are also sent to the email address provided by the user when placing the order.
The free version becomes available for download immediately, but is not sent to the user's email.
5. Change of conditions
The site reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time. Users will be notified of changes through updates on the site or via the email provided during purchase.
6. Dispute resolution
All disputes arising from these Terms and Conditions shall be resolved in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine.
7. Return Policy
According to the legislation of Ukraine, electronic books are not subject to return or exchange after purchase and download. Before purchasing books, please familiarize yourself with the free version to understand if it suits you.
